About Us
Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi (IIIT-Delhi) was created as a State University by an Act of Delhi Government. The Institute has its permanent campus in Okhla with state of the art infrastructure and all the modern facilities to carry out world-class research. IIIT-Delhi currently offers B.Tech., M.Tech. & PhD in 6 departments (Computer Science, Electronics and Communications, Computational Biology, Human Centered Design, Social Science and Humanities, and Mathematics); 85+ regular, and 13+ visiting faculty members, all having Ph.D. from some of the world’s best institutes.The 25-acre campus has facilities for teaching and research, hostels for both boys and girls, and provisions for facilitating sports.
